What are you waiting for? Trek's e-bikes are pedal-assist bikes, which means there’s a motor that helps the pedals turn when you’re riding, but no throttle like a motorcycle or dirt bike. You’re in control of the whole experience without ever having to take your hands off the handlebar.

Integrated, User-Friendly Tech

Trek’s Removable Integrated Battery (RIB) is available on select models.

We are an eclectic bunch of individuals, coming from a variety of cycling backgrounds - city commuters, recreational road & trail riders, triathletes, world-ranked cyclocross competitors. Depending on the model, the motor has a power output between 250 and 350 watts and provides assist up to 32km/hr.

PLEASE NOTE: 

E-bike service is limited to those brands that we currently carry - Trek & Electra only, please.

While we continue to service all brands of bikes, our scope of service may be limited on some brands, due to the proprietary nature of new technologies and parts.

 We will do our best to advise you of these limitations at drop-off time, after the bike has been assessed by our Service Advisor. 

Overhaul services cannot be offered on non-Trek bikes that require proprietary parts. 

Bikes equipped with Campagnolo parts are limited to the Level 1 Service Package.

  • Level 1 Service includes:
  • Thorough bike wash
  • Align and adjust brakes
  • Align and adjust shifting
  • Fasteners torqued
  • Recommended every 25 hours of riding
  • Replacement parts not included in service package price.
  • Scope of service may be limited on some brands of bikes.
  • Level 2 Service includes:
  • All Level 1 items, PLUS
  • Remove and deep clean drivetrain components (chain, cassette & crank)
  • Perform lateral and vertical wheel truing
  • Adjust wheel bearings
  • Best Value!

    It’s not speedy or extreme — just a good all-purpose recreational machine designed for happy riding.

As a by-product of our successful kids' trade-up program, we are able to reach the broader community by way of regular donations of used kids' bikes to non-profit community organizations, such as St. Vincent de Paul, Gear-Up Kingston, and Yellow Bike Action.     A handlebar-mounted controller lets you choose your level of assist, plus it tells you how fast you’re going and how much battery you have left. Care is taken to use biodegradable and environmentally friendly products whenever possible.

    They’re waterproof, durable, and can be recharged on or off the bike at any household electrical outlet. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Call for details!
